Judgebot Handbook
Stuck? Start here. Each part takes about a minute to read.
1What is Judgebot?
- Judgebot checks ads before the client sees them.
- It looks for big mistakes: wrong business name, wrong phone number, another company's logo, wrong trade.
- You fix what it finds. Then it sends the set to the account manager for you.
- It is still learning. If it's wrong, tell it why. It gets smarter.
2Check a setDesigners
- Click Check a set at the top.
- Type the client's name. Pick their creative request.
- Drag in every picture and video. Name them like "Trifold 1" or "Graphic 2".
- Click Check this set. Wait about 30 seconds per picture and 1 to 2 minutes per video.
- Go through the ads one at a time.
You can leave the tab open and do something else while it checks.
3What the colours mean
- Red Something is wrong. You must deal with it.
- Yellow Judgebot isn't sure. Take a good look.
- Green It passed. Still give it a quick look.
- Videos only fail for big problems: speech that makes no sense, wrong business, wrong trade or wrong phone number. Small video problems are just warnings.
5Sending the setDesigners
- When every ad is decided, you see the review page.
- Check the list one more time. Click any ad to change your mind.
- Click Send off for client approval.
- Judgebot puts the files on the ClickUp task and tags the account manager. You're done!
The Send button stays locked until every ad is accepted, appealed, replaced or removed.
6When the client wants changesDesigners
- The set shows up in the Sent Back tab. A red number shows how many are waiting.
- You and Ken get tagged in ClickUp too.
- Click Fix this set. All the ads load for you. Wait for the bar to reach 100%.
- The ads the client didn't like are red. Replace them, the same way as before.
- Send it again. The account manager gets it as "Round 2".
7Account managers: how to answerAccount managers
- Judgebot tags you on the ClickUp task when a set is ready.
- Show the client the ads attached to the task.
- Reply to Judgebot's comment with the client's answer:
APPROVED
DENIED. REASON: the house in Graphic 2 looks fake
- You don't need the exact words. "They love it, go ahead" works too.
- Say which ads, if it's only some of them.
- Approved: the media buyer is tagged to upload the ads.
- Denied: the set goes back to the designer.
- No answer yet? You get a reminder every day at 10 am.
Messages that say "AUTOMATED MESSAGE from Judgebot" come from Judgebot, not from Cole.
8QC Training CentreAdmins
- Only admins see it. The red number shows how much is waiting.
- New rules: Agree, Edit or Reject what Judgebot learned.
- Flagged ads: Was Judgebot right? If not, say why in one sentence. That becomes a rule.
- Spot check An ad that passed, so you can catch misses.
- Client caught this Judgebot passed it, but the client didn't like it.
- About 10 minutes a day is enough.
